Returns: We have a No return policy, and all sales are final due to the customization and personalization of each bundle.  If you are unsatisfied with your bundle please contact us at doglovingstationerybundles@gmail.com so that we can discuss options to make it right. 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please each out so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
